Sean brings deep experience from the social housing sector, where he built a reputation for operational excellence, property management expertise, and consistent new-business generation. Before stepping into the property world, he delivered major project management work for organisations like JLR and Aston Martin – contributing to high-stakes, confidential, and technically demanding programmes.

Known for practical thinking and fast, effective execution, he blends hands-on capability with strategic clarity.

John Cox
John has more than 20 years’ experience in business development, outsourced service delivery and property operations. He has developed and managed complex operational workflows, driven growth in property‑related ventures and guided organisations through full business‑process transformation. John also owns a significant UK‑based insurance and risk‑management enterprise, where his work has covered property insurance, commercial risk‑packages and service delivery for property sourcing and deal‑packaging specialists.
