Once you’re happy, we agree the plan and timescales, and we’re ready to go.
Step 3 – Team Assignment & Onboarding
With your agreement in place we:
• Match you with the most suitable remote professionals from our South‑African team, managed locally from the UK.
• Provide training and setup to ensure they understand your systems, workflows and communication style.
• Prepare you with our best practice guidelines for working effectively with a remote team (especially if you haven’t previously).
